Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders within the United Kingdom are delivered free of charge. There are no hidden costs and no minimum order amount is required.
Do you ship internationally?
At this moment we only deliver products to addresses within the United Kingdom.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The estimated delivery time is based on three stages:

Order cutoff time: Orders placed before 5:00 pm (GMT, London) are processed the same day. Orders received after this time are processed the next business day.

Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days, fulfilled Monday to Friday. After this period, the order is transferred to our carrier.

Transit time: 7 to 8 business days, with deliveries Monday to Friday.
If an order is delayed, please wait an additional two days and check your tracking code. If your order has still not arrived, contact our customer service with your order number.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking code. You can use this code on our Track Your Order page to follow your shipment.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, once your order has been placed you will automatically receive a confirmation email that your order has been registered and is being processed.
Do you offer cancellation?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Please make sure to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
What is the process for exchanging a product?
We do not offer exchanges. However, you may return your item within 30 days and place a new order.

as soon as possible. Photographic evidence is required. After verification, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
What is the return shipping cost?
If you are returning a product for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, you are responsible for both the return label and the shipping costs. Returns due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery are fully covered by us.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and approving your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days and issued to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after this period, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact our customer service team.
Who is responsible for product quality?
All products are checked by our fulfillment partners before shipment. Lancley takes full responsibility for the quality, delivery, and customer service of every order placed through our website.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price displayed on the product page is the final price you will pay. Shipping within the UK is always free.
